Promotion Bonuses

So the game is getting to a point where it needs some promotion.

What I thought is that Lopdo could offer small rewards, of either warcoins or shards, for each promotion by a person.

For example, if you were to create a fan website and get, say, 10 members, you would get like 20 warcoins.
