Story: They are so fat that they each count as two people, but it hinders their fighting.

Cost: Free to anyone who wants these idiots.

maybe you realize for yourself the boosts and deboosts are a bit extreem... btw as americans have -100% att and defence... it will mean they always roll 0.

some more sence in a balanced fight;)
