Official topic for banned players.

How about to make an official topic, where moderator will state facts about ban of the player? So everyone will see who have been banned and for what reason.

uhm, I am not sure this is necessary, most bans are short, only few days so this topic would be outdated pretty quickly. Looks like too much work for too little benefit

It will be great statistic and it works psychologically, players will think next time, before making bad things. People don't like public display of their mistakes.
This topic will discipline most of the users.
