Bonus against specific races

What do you think of each race having bonus against only some specific race?
For example, aliens have +5% against pirates, ninjas, pumpkins, but -5% against dragons and insectoids.
And ninjas have +5% against pirates and insectoids, but -5% against aliens and pumpkins.

It will also help to create some feuds between races and clans.

true, Soldiers help kill elemental, ninjas and soldiers shouldn't kill each other.
