2 main issues of unfairness for me:

-teaming

-order of play


way to stop teaming:

allow the creation of games without chat. i really like to chat, i do it a lot, but teaming sucks and this should solve it. (also ends regular trolling..) and we could always say some "important" stuff in the main chat.



ways to balance order of play a bit more:

-give extra boosts. for instance in a 5 people game: 1st gets no bonus, 2nd gets one of each, 3rd gets 2, etc.

if it is too powerfull it can be later changed to only give defense boosts for instance (actually might be a good idea because the worse thing is being attacked by the firsts players early in the game

-give extra unit in the second turn to the bottom half players?

the worse thing for me is when after the second turn 2 players have 2 lands with a 3-1 distribution and the first players can go on a 50/50 to screw the other or make it a draw..

if the last players had a 4 instead it wouldnt happen as much, and the next turn the first player has a 5.


its kind of like a tie-break in tennis, the first players serves one, and the other serves twice, and so forth

so, if they both get the advantage at diferent points

1-0 goes into 1-2 that goes into 3-2, into 3-4, etc

if the first guy had 2 serves he would be winning or drawing all the time 2-0, 2-2, 4-2, etc

If you dont want to be teamed up on team up on somebody.

i also hate quiters, should i quit first turn to prevent others from "quitting on me"? :p

That is not what I said. I said that if you dont want to get teamed up on team up on somebody. I never said anyting about quitting.
