Vortex Wars

Basically, in this new game mode, instead of starting with nothing or everything randomly chosen, all the territoreis are chosen by the players themselves. Might be a bit quicker too.

I support this idea kinda like the real risk where u chose your places. Might be a little hard for the programmers though
