When one surrenders ....

I think a really good thing to implement would be , when one leaves the game, all his territories become of an 'idle race' or a special race done for countries of surrendered people.

P.S.
Kinda of a bug:

When u attack a country of a surrendered the number inside the race of the state u are attacking (the number of units in the state) still lights up with the color of the player that had surrendered, instead of remaining of a 'neutral' color
