Thank you, and we could throw in clans too. It could be ones we have/had or just generic names like "Gunslingers" or "Highwaymen."

Hmm, not sure how clans would work here, could be possible maybe.

Anyone with simpler gameplay ideas?

Seems simple already. But how 'bout Player against Self rules? Or Multi-player rules. (Not 1v1, but 1v1v1 or more.)

You want to use those cards as in pokemon or magic:the gathering (lots of collectible cards with diferent abilities...) or just game cards as in risk and similar desktop games?

So far it's like a card version of risk, which I don't think has been invented yet. But we could always switch gears. (Though this seems fine to me.)

It is a bit of a confusing hybrid, at least with how I have the rules at the moment.

I think Clan Cards should just be Round Bonus',
Every time its your turn you get that effect, and you can only use one Clan card

In other words you start with it
(you have to special order clan cards) (you can only get clan cards if you are in that clan or its an allied clan and you get there permission)
Only the top 10 Clans get cards
If your clan is no longer in the top ten than your card is no longer sold.

So what do you think?

I don't want to make the game too confusing. If someone comes up with simpler main gameplay, that could be added in.

Im just saying Clan cards are a bonus that happen every round and only certain players will have them ;)
For the Elite/Vortex Wars 2.0 Players.
