xp loss for quiting

You do have a chance of winning the game. People who create an 8 play map want to play 8 players... not 4 or 5, because others quit right off. Makes the point of 8 player games pointless. Be a man (or woman), and stick it out. You will learn something.

maybe if a achievement like this is created:

Loose 50 games without surrendering

and this achievement unlocks a new race, people will stop surrendering for a while.

it could be like this:

Loose 5 games without surrendering / Reward: 40xp 20cristals

Loose 20 games without surrendering / Reward: 100xp 40cristals

Loose 50 games without surrendering / Reward: Unlock Spartans (Spartans never surrender no?)
