Suggestions: 1.a naval aspect to the game- if you've seen the board game diplomacy you'll know what I mean - where you can transport units to attack other players on "coastal" parts of the map (travelling a certain distance might take so long to do though) (or at-least a version of the game that allows this).
2. Why haven't you made an app yet? think about the advertising money and the rise in number of players- you could syn the app and the online verion like zynga does with facebook poker.

A list of champions like boxing/wrestling to be challenged and competed for. Personally feel the game needs some rivalries to add some character, with call outs and a bit of banter on the forums, as the game play is already excellent but i think we need to make the games mean something. Not sure if this appeals or you want to keep things all friendly?

Leveling up race. Like normal leveling up with xp

I think JTE means that a race itself can level up, becoming more powerful with each level.

i don't know about you guys but there are some things i really wish i hadn't bought, but other people wish they had. i was thinking that we could have a trading/selling/buying market, where we could trade stuff with other people, sell races that you don't want to save up or buy something at a discount from someone else, but one problem if this is made is someone getting hacked and some jerk selling all of his stuff and buying it for cheap.
well, incase that happened the moderators could keep a record of all trades and if someone reported theft, they could reverse any trade at any time
