viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2477this is my idea about it
I have read your thread, seeing quite a few of those types of ideas did inspire me to think that was. The only problem I have with it is that if you have a race that increases slowly with time, when it reaches a certain level or 'limit', it will have very similar stats to other races e.g. a player at lvl 50 will have 3% extra attack and 2% extra spawn using your example.
I think if you want an RPG race, and this is just a suggestion or criticism, is instead of gaining so and so stats you have an option between 3 things to gain every 10 levels e.g 3% attack buff, 3% defence buff 6% spawn bonus, but you set a limit to lvl 40 where you have had to choose the 3 stats and can choose to personalize it at this stage with 6% attack, 6% defence or 12% spawn.
I'm sorry but the biggest problem with your idea is that is will give similiar stats as dragons, who cost alot. I don't think lopdo will want to consider a race with all attack, defence and spawn bonuses because it would be too similiar to Dragons when fully levelled. With my idea, the increase of stats will be countered by a decrease of stats, meaning whatever you do will make your class unique and suit your playstyle without affecting the balance of the game.
I'll post this on your thread. If you can think of a solution to solve the whole ''dragon-similiarities'' problem, it could be viable
The simple, the best.
