You did get it from me, but I did have different intentions. The head mod was meant to be Lopdo's representative in game, to take the work load off from Lopdo. It is clear he has no time to read in detail and deal with situations in depth. This is no slight on Lopdo or how he deals with issues. He has admitted himself that due to having a life and big workload it is not possible! That was why a head mod was appointed in the first place. I was saying that we need a head mod who is here a lot more than not. When the head mod is absent, deputies would have the same power and act on his/her behalf.

Some may say that the other mods should take the slack and we don't really need a leader. Well, we do need someone to have the final say when there is a difference of opinion.... that person is head mod.



So basically what you are saying is that there is no need for a deputy because you and the only other 3 mods who still play the game (Karen Gamerzx, and techgump) are fighting for head mod position? Thats certainly what it sounds like. ;)

Its not. The whole point of deputies are to help out the mods. How is that supposed to happen when there are only around 3 deputies ( and 4 mods who still play.)

then deputies would be mods in a way. i dont see the point of deputies. if you need more mods, then got more mods. since deputies couldn't ban people or punish they would be useless.

Deputies would not be useless because they would be able to spectate games, and report back to mods. You also wouldnt know who they are so you could possibly be spamming right in front of one and not know it. They would also provide screenshots for mods to look at instead of posting it on the topic "Report Users" so they would remain ononimus. And the reason there should not be more mods is becasue it would be too intimidating having 15 mods watching you all the time. Deputies are the solution to that problem. Also deputies would only be able to warn but never ban.

(11 in total)

Of these, I know for sure that GamerzX, Techgump, Karen219 and myself are regular players.
That would put us all in the picture (and quite rightly due to the amount of time we spend on here). I would fully support any one of these peeps if they became head mod. I am not precious about it. I won't lie, I would love to be head mod... only because I know I could do a good job. But I can equally bask in the knowledge that we would be in safe hands if, for example, Techgump was our leader.

One last thing to add... just because we don't see them doesn't mean they aren't around observing. I don't know for certain but they could live in different time zones and so could be on regularly but we miss em. Also, mods can observe games without your knowledge (this is pretty tenuous.... but I am just presenting another possible viewpoint).

I am not sure if you heard but apparently fiendess resigned which makes 10. I didnt even know there was a mod named Udontknowme0o
which makes 9.Jamie1792 left the game after I humiliated and beat him a while ago 8. I know alsmost certainly that Mipster doesnt play or the mod list would have been updated, 7.I have checked the recent times that chess and noah have came on which makes 5. Only you gamerzx,Karen219, techgump (of course) and artic shadow (I saw him today) ( and 6 if you count lopdo) play regularly regular enough for them to be called actual mods. (Question: Is Zane a mod)
