I would want if it was anything like friend quest then u can be friends in the game and see how many of them that is online

um, private messages are planned? I think I said it is not possible so I won't do it. Does it still say anywhere that I will do them? I got to remove it from any to-do list

ok, private messages across the game are not possible, whisper in chat should be doable

not exactly, in my head, you can send PM to player in game while you are in lobby or in different game, whisper works only if you are both in same chat

So, in order to whisper you have to be in the same game.
