Disable Race bonus?

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I'd like to see it possible to disable racial bonuses for games.

Sometimes it's fun to see who can win tactical games without a bunch of vampires playing. If you could just turn off the bonuses it stops you from trying to get other players to agree to play non-bonus races or kicking anyone who comes in with one.

I'm not saying I hate the bonuses, just every couple of games I want to have a game where its not an issue.

Play a game with upgrades disabled.

I thought that that was for the bonus powers, like the attack and defense powers you get three of a day.

1. You don't get 3 a day, you get 10 free bonuses, and when you run out of those, you have to buy more.

2. Disabling bonuses removes all bonuses, this includes: special races, reinforcement cap, attack/defense bonus, etc.
