The map database is useless, since there's no way to search through them, as rat said, no one is going to press the "next" button 291 times. There's no actual reason to put a +10 forward button, because people don't actually care when the map was made. More search functions are needed, or 90% of the maps are useless/not played.

Not that a search feature would not be nice, but what exactly are you going to type to find a map?

If anything would be useful and potentially easy to implement, I'd say just another sort feature, by map size. This would help.

As it stands:
The latest maps made appear in the "All Maps", so you can see new maps as they come out.
If you like one as it comes out, + it. Now it's in your favs.

About the only other really useful thing would be the ability to vote or change your vote on a map right after playing it.

Thats why there should be some addtional information. Some of them, most important for me:
- map REAL size, based on width/height, could be shown as S/M/L/XL/XXL/WTF
- regions average size, based on how many hexagons there are on the map divided by regions number. Could as well be XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL/NOWAY
- regions total count (would be nice to know that)
Those three could be easily done automaticaly. Also, there could be additional field when sending map, where author could label his map with one of predefined categories, like: "symetry", "duel", "equal chance", "art", "fun", etc.
It should be also possible to sort maps by those categories while creating new game.
That would help to organize that mess. Every day we'll have more and more maps to choose from.
