get bonus for starting last

How about getting a bonus if you start last in a game of 6 for example. I that case i think it's quite a performance.
I should be something like a multiplyer. Any other ideas?

Meaby;
2 players-Non bonus
3 players-Non bonus
4 players-Non bonus
5 players-Non bonus
6 players-Player 6 have +10exp
7 players-Player 6 have +10exp, player 7 +15 exp
8 players-Player 6 have +10exp, player 7 +15 exp and player 8 +20 exp

But that bonus exp would not multiply with premium.
Level 25

Matches (Played/Win) = 978/466 C/L
(Played/Win) Ratio = 2.10 (2.00)*
Regions (Conquered/Lost) = 10605/7287 W/S
(Conquer/Lost) Ratio = 1.46 (1.50)*

*Last time calculated.
Date of calculating:

I think it's been suggested before, but still a good idea. The only possible problem being that, since I see all the good players(techgump, highlander) win while being last or almost last, that it would make a bigger gap between players level-wise, which may discourage new people. It's a stretch, but who knows.

No, If you implement this people will wait 3 turns then surrender so they can get the fastest +20 exp ever.
I Dislike this idea.

I agree with you, but i think most of players wabt to have more wins than losses.

I agree with you, but i think most of players wabt to have more wins than losses.

I think only people with good win % care about win % (Savage has 45% :) so i really care about win % but in 8 player games it's not uncommon for me to see 2 people surrender b4 third turn.
also i have won as brown b4 should i get +20 exp?

I hardly care about my win/loss ratio. And although I wouldn't abuse the exp bonus, WAY to many players would.
This too shall pass.

Starting last is rarely a disadvantage. You can actually see how everyone plans to play.
Starting in the first 4 on a very limited map by space is*, when the last people place by you

*Except the cases of Full map (but those have a rough 50/50 to be bad or good) or a user made map with obvious strategic points. I'm talking about random generated maps mostly
