You'd have to up-load certain players into A.I.'s with there own mannerism's and strengths.The A.I.'s pose a bigger a problem than the game,the amount of space needed for each one.
Also in the your game i'd like to see the weather and terrain effect a battle,real battles aren't fought on nice tennis lawns or sunny beaches.

Would be nice to include armour ( tanks,APC'S and armoured 4x4 ),forts\strongholds.Then maybe air-support ( missle strike , gunship, paratroopers).
