A flag does not have the right to own property. By that simply fact the flag can never belong to you so long as you are the flag. Additionally, the parenthetical section makes no sense- if you have become the flag, then claiming you is claiming the flag. The difference is irrelevant because there is no difference.

I use magic licorice gloves to take the flag just in case the energy didn't run out. My flag.

But that was a decoy flag (and it absorbs all the energy from your magic licorice gloves making them normal gloves). And also my post was a decoy (so I'm not really the flag). And I steal the real flag.

Since the flag is safe I back your ion cannon and fire it on your head. The flag respawn a next to me (very conveinatly) and I take it.

I don't know what an ADN is but I have a lot of your DNA so I redirect the shot into your face. Then an extremely large amount if rabbits swarm your robots. In the confusion I take the flag. And half your molecules.
