You post a random word. If the next player can't think of another a larger to say within 24 hours they are out. Need 8 people to play. (The words have to be in English and not silly words like ifabee or something)

Okay, but one thing. People gotta sleep, eat, ect. And have better things to do than wait for a reply. Most of them at least. Just pointing that out.

All I have to do is start with the longest word ever in English and people would only be able to top it with other languages.

or we can use non official english words or slang.

That's actually "titin", but you don't need to use that. Plenty of other chemical names are very long, and you could perfectly well just make valid chemical names for chemicals that don't exist but could plausibly be created and use those.

Or you could use diseases....
