I work directly with the insurance company giving top rate insurance because before I died I was friends with the owner of the insurance firm. So now I can have all the damages paid for and covered...

The old man has a friend at the local Ministry of Urban Development and Environment, his name is Dave.
Dave found out that from 1897 - 25.10.1929 the hill belongs to a italian family which where ruined on the
famous "black friday" stock market crash. Dave also found out that the hill was bought same day by an
unknown investor from Europe which was old man's great-grandfather. Great-grandfather was murdered
by a crazy italian guy who claimed to be one of the sons of the ruined family. So fact was that the hill was
n e v e r sold to anybody ! The old man sue Fm Co. for having an illegal hill. After a process period of half
a year the court gave the hill back to the old man. So :
