From my understanding:
1) Corruption/Bribe/Bargaining
2) Bewitched (TV series), Holly Comb, Piper
3) Loud, Being (Biologically), Agencies
4) Spreading, Vibrating
*Edit: With the help of my lovely knowledgable girlfriend, I have deduced that the 3rd picture is of an Agency. Are we correct in believing so?

2) Bewitched (TV series), Holly Comb, Piper
3) Loud, Being (Biologically), Agencies
4) Spreading, Vibrating

I am convinced at the first one is Corruption then. The second might be Actress/Actor, and also I got the TV series name wrong it was Charmed not Bewitched sorry. The third is Agencies or Advertising I think. The fourth... i have no clue if it's not spreading

I think you have the 3rd one right Bluethorn.
I think the passing of money is an action, no 3 would be loud and the vibrating could be symbolising vocal cords making it words.
So my guess is Actions Speak Louder than Words, either that or i spoke too much pot and have massively over thought this!!!
