My eyes screwed up, I saw those 2 black pawns as going the other way.. Even though that is impossible..

Even so, try to keep the knight closer to the centre, where it can do things.

Right now, in every central position the knight dies.
So yeah. if you have constructive suggestions, please bring them on.
Knight to H5 seems a fair move to me.
