How to interpret it? It just means that you probably answered honestly and that it is a reasonable test.

I will have to presume that any of the listed personalities in this assessment also come with the sections you outlined, so every personality would get a "how to improve yourself" section. I would not worry about it. You have a "good" personality. Don't try to change it. Yes, dominant people would probably benefit from listening more, but every personality probably would as well.
