Just, or Unjust?

Ok, i was hanging out with my friends (age:17,14,14,and 15)
And a annoying 12 year old boy throws things at me(Block of wood, plastic bottle, plant ._.), calls random people the B word and he's just the essence of annoying so he insulted me for the 4th time after giving him 3 warnings i pretended i was goning to punch him (he flinched so i slapped his neck 2 times ) and he called me a whore and kicked me and ran away, i chased after him, but being in the condition i am (sigh) and he';s bone skinny, he had more stamina even though i could almost out run him...
So is brother grabbed him and held him down so i could get him, i picked him up threw him over my back and dsaid "I warned you" and i threw him over my shoulder and slammed him on the ground.
(He had a few scrapes and scratches.)
He ran home, next thing i know his dad pulled him the drive way...
Imagine thats frightening feeling...
He yelled at the older brother to go home and asked for "a Micheal"
He came over and blah blah blah wanted to talk to my mother...
Something about taking pictures of the injury and police and stuff i was to busy playing with my yoyo to care.
Was i just or unjust?
And i'm here waiting for my mom to get home, or for the dad to come by...
Hoping he forgot...
I'm going to be in a shit ton of trouble, and my computer will probably be taken for at least a month.

Yeah, but no one backed me up and the dads reaction to every good argument i played was "But still, he's only twelve"
And at first he thought i was 17.
I took that as a complement.

His dad does have a point when he says he is only 12 because this is where puberty comes into play and his hormones are all out of whack and stuff but from what you have told me when the kid is going around calling people the B word and whores and stuff and continuously disrespecting people when they have asked nicely to stop there is a problem.
On the other hand, you were in the wrong for picking him up and slamming his head against the concrete even if you didn't mean to do it. All I have to say is that they may end up suing you and/or pressing criminal charges against you.

You can't say it was self defense unless you are in great fear of your life or suffered great bodily injury but that's Florida's self defense law, not to sure what the self defense law in Maryland is, but for sure you chasing him rules out self defense because when you started to chase the kid you immediately became the aggressor.
