New idea: League of City States.
We'd have a Magistrate (the person who makes the clan thread), who will set up loose laws to govern each city state, and update the page.
Governors would get a following of 3 or more people and start a city state. They would make laws to govern their followers, name the state, and lead their citizens in war against the other city states.
The citizens are the followers of each governor. Their title will be similar to the name of the state, with the possible exception of a second in command. (e.g. Citizens of Sparta are called Spartans, second in command can be Captain, Advisor, etc.)
The Assembly is just the name for the league's collective. Everyone will vote on important topics, such as new laws, a united leader, etc.
The commander is an elected leader by the Assembly. He/She is the leader of the league in times of war with other clans. (Much how like the Greek city states worked together to fight off the Persians.)
If I get enough people wanting to join me in this idea, I think it would be a very fun clan. Members of other clans are welcome, but warned that they may or may not have to fight their own clan in wars.

Good idea, I don't like the name though (Not that I know what else to name it)
