They don't know. They found two other explosive devices and disabled them, but no terrorism groups owned up to it yet. The explosions looked like they were crude explosives. Probably homemade.

I AM SO MAD THAT THIS F-ING HAPPENED IN MY HOME STATE AND DURING THE MOST IMPORTANT MARATHON IN MASS WHOEVER DID THIS SHOULD PAY WITH AN ETERNITY IN HELL X2. AND THE BOMBS WRE AT THE FINISH LINE WHERE THE END OF THE RACE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DEDICATED TO SANDY HOOK. NOW WE KNOW THERE ARE JACKASS LUNATIC WITH EXPLOSIVES. Pardon my language

I find it really disappointing when I say something about the IRA and other Americans don't know what I'm talking about,
