Vortex Wars

I have a science project where i have to make a balloon powered car, it cant have wheels from a toy but i can handmake them (little late). if anyone have a good, fast, and the best plz send 'em to me. I only got one day to make a good design that will crush my classmates' cars .

But seriously. I have ideas but I fear that they will take flight (restriction).

Paper plane on wheels is a light design and thus it will go faster , until it goes fast enough till air friction is an issue (so how you make it, flat, triangle, etc, also how the wings are facing will make a major difference for the good or bad)
when the thrust runs out from the bloon' the weight of the car will make it go to a full stop in seconds.

you can take concept idea's from CO2 cars (same type of thrust) or Rubber band cars (similar idea, both low amount of power , both not rocket science to learn how to make, both need light weight but aerodynamics, also not to light that the car flips or stops instantly when there is no more thrust.

at speeds and dimensions you are talking about, air friction is really small.

Dont worry now. I had an idea of a stealth bomber. aerodynamic.
and i made like an engine using PVC pipe and the balloons.
I came in 2nd (tied) which was pretty cool. and mine was the heaviest

I do origami good. actually i made some flapping birds once
