"You gonna" is indeed an incorrect yet very popular phrase in English slang - therefore it's not a mistake per say. Same goes to "wanna", "oughta" and "kinda".
Anyway, I only used it since this is an online forum and not an Oxford dictionary conference.
As for starting a sentence with "And" - read what Ratburntro 44 wrote.
