Why can't we add new posts and new topics, wants the point in a general discussion if we can't talk?

No we cant. My post was the last post there and that was back in March.

I just checked my history and it had it under Clans in the thumbnail…

I'd post a picture, but that could be faked anyways.

And I've always been able to post topics under clan general discussion (I just realize that there is no good reason to post pointless topics), so who knows.
