If this is the avatar I'm thinking about I actually have it. Found it for rat. Of course I won't use it, because I am a guinea pig, not a rat.

I think Walrus Weekly is a bit boring. It needs a little more humor. (That's why I added the spotlight.) However, I think it needs something else. A section about world news? Things trending on the web? Reviews on popular songs? Something.

I have an idea VM, but it is mostly like how you are already doing it; Instead of adding content, if you make it shorter and snappier in bites it could be great updates so that it is a much easier way for players to catch up on the week. Also, your news articles could be great for redirecting players to when someone asks 'what have I missed?' You could make a thread with each week in the first post in spoilers with the date, so we have a history too.
