I am considering asking for a refund. When the travel agent set up this luxury cruise they said I would have a deluxe suite. That is supposed to be a balcony cabin with a window. My room has no windows at all.

Also the lighting in here is annoying. Too many random swirling colors all day long. Please send maintenance to get that fixed.

And I know a cruise is all about fun, but the cabin neighbors are constantly making too much noise. I can't sleep through their constant screaming out as though in pain. Please make the voices stop. Never mind, I found a stapler, I will go handle this myself. Could you loosen my restraints so I can leave my cabin?
