Controversial start to the world cup - Brazil 3 - 1 Croatia, decent game but I wouldn't be happy if i was Croatian. Dodgy pen and a disallowed goal have cost them dear, home decisions to say the least.
Fair play to Ballsack who predicted 3-1 earlier on, hope you had a few quid on it!

Last night i was in my element. Got home from work sat on the sofa with a beer and a j and flicked between the World Cup, US Open and the Cricket.......oh happy days!!!
Great knock from Joe Root, Kaymers 2 rounds have been flawless and the World Cup has started nicely. One gripe is the officials hope they improve, always a shame when referees are talked about more than the actual game.

Less than 2 weeks until my favourite sporting event of the year..... The Open. Especially looking forward to it this year as im going to Hoylake on the Friday 
Had a few bets on the winner Stenson, Kaymer, Garcia, Dustin Johnson & Fowler so far.
Also got the Ryder Cup to look forward to this year, after our miracle win last time out. Potential Vortex Wars game for someone to create, Europeans vs Americans, could be interesting.
