It's most talkative, which, IMO, is really quantitative, not qualitative. If you want a real vote, you should rephrase it.

Yup, isn't it great. I nominated someone who was the least likely to be nominated, but since he is least likely to be nominated he is most likely to be nominated as least likely to be nominated. Since you were nominated as least likely to be nomininated you are in fact not least likely to be nominated and now the new person who is least likely to be nominated will go through the same process of being the most likely to be nominated as the least likely to be nominated.
