Well you were still in the wrong and how do you know he wasn't allowed into the guys house.

Well you can't use that as your defense if they do end up pressing charges(which I doubt)but yeah at the end of the day you were in the wrong.

His dad does have a point when he says he is only 12 because this is where puberty comes into play and his hormones are all out of whack and stuff but from what you have told me when the kid is going around calling people the B word and whores and stuff and continuously disrespecting people when they have asked nicely to stop there is a problem.

I would like to point out that acting like this is not natural at that age at all.
