Atlas {Part One}

I'll consider making them longer. Originally it was supposed to be something small each day to make people want more and more.
By the way it's written mainly in first person. It may occasionally change to third. When it does it will be a separate chapter.

Prologue
[spoiler]The year is 2142 AD. Earth is falling due to nuclear pollution caused by WWIII. Communist China allied with Communist Russia to develop a new kind of weapon. Nuclear, yes. This was different. The Atlas was a nuclear bomb that was developed by a Chinese scientist by the name of Tai Suki, but the Russians had the necessary materials. The Atlas is different from other nuclear bombs in the fact that it is microscopic and airborne. It was released by air to the general population of Earth. The only thing we had going for us was the fact that humans were naturally immune to the Atlas. It still managed to infect a few hundred thousand people. The infected emitted lethal doses of radiation to there surrounding habitat yet they never died because of it. As the infected continued there life as usual they infected more and more people. Once the governments discovered what had happened they tried to contain it, but they were unsuccessful. The Atlas started killing people and as more and more died the public started to panic. Currently the governments are declaring martial law. There is talk of the government shooting those they contain.

It is a really good story and I do hope you finish it. You'd be surprised how many stories are never finished.
