ok other than that Today has been a pretty lazy day about to go for a night workout then off to bed a early start for tommarow! kinda a rainy day today but at least it was cooler outside! :D

Anyways lets keep it back on topic :)

This week has been another very warm week I been lucky enough to be staying cool under the A/C I havn't been able to live in a A/C home for a very long long time! so I am really starting to feel spoiled plus my doggie she loves it too we went out for a short walk to day and it was pretty gross out very hot and humid besides that I got tons of cleaning done today its always fun to relax in a freshly cleaned apartment! such a feeling of accomplishment and pride!
