I have a friend who does that. I played him in chess ONCE, and as soon as I started winning he started taking ten minutes per turn.

When I used to do chess tournaments (As a wee little kiddy [A wee little kiddy who beat all the others might I add]), I was in the final game of the tournament against one of my best friends, and, as banter, when he realised I was going to beat him on my next turn and there was nothing he could do, he decided that since he had roughly 45 minutes left on his clock, well, yeah, I think you see where this is going.

So, do you think it would be wise for me to try and get to study some higher degree of electronic engineering in Canada?

1. Of course it's infinite.
2. Canada is great for electronics, but I guess other places would be too, and if getting to Canada isn't exactly what you WANT to do, you have to question how important the degree, and by extent electronics, is to your future. If you work in the field of electronics already, or would like to, then it may be a good idea to go for it. If you don't, and Canada isn't the ideal place to spend that much time in, you could find a decent place closer to home (wherever home may be) to study, even if it wouldn't be as good. It all depends, I suppose, but if it's what you want, then you should do it.
