hmm... Well I live in Minnesota so when it comes summer it never lasts long but when it comes winter the most outdoors I usually go is to open the blinds and take a 3sec. look outside. that or speedwalk to the car and dig it out of the snow drift warm it up for about 7min then off to the market and back home again

it's LanceStar btw so many people get my name wrong and think it's Lancaster lol it's a trick of the mind that so many people assume that It does always fascinate me how people can be so different but think so alike

Anyways that does sound rather unpleasant. I guess in your case you can be online guilt free! I'm guessing your referring to wild fires?

yea I been using my AC way to much haha every night before bed last week or so now I turn it on and get it nice and cool so I can snuggle under the covers with my little doggie Life is pretty gooood

...until I get the electricity bill

haha I feel your pain past 4 years I lived in a place without AC! I survived by having 3 fans and taking about 2-3 cold showers a day tons of ice water and cold towels too! it sucks but you gotta do what you gotta to stay cool. the days with the humidity and heat were the worst! Also I used to have a neat trick that I still do I put a bottle of ice water half ice half water (about 32oz. bottle total) and trap it in a few blankets and it will still be cold in the morning!!! or if you wake up during the night! ...I gained the habit of drinking tons of water during the night that way and usually had to pee like a racehorse in the morning lol I can't think of any other tricks on surviving a heat wave without AC but at the time I was living downtown in an apartment that never got good air flow so it got crazy hot! hope ya stay cool
