I don't know what study is telling you what is what, but in my experience the best educations and most educated ppl I know come from New-England states... huge generalization, but my experience.

well... i am in the smartest state in the U.S.
i guess students are too busy with cigarettes and beer and marajuana.
i'm in jr. high so i dont give a f****** s*** about drugs
