Yes, it's much better than it sounds, and yes, it's much better when read to you. I would suggest you listen to it in the dark, preferably before bed. Standard warnings apply, if you are offended or dislike scary stuff, you obviously shouldn't follow the link. Stick with the whole video too, it isn't worth it otherwise.
