the strategy of the game

I love the game
so far its definetly the most purely strategic game ive played

I like how there are maps with bridges, which allow for like ancient greek style tactics of funnelng your enemies might

I like how if you divide the enemies territory it reduces the amount of reinforcements they get
much like cutting supply lines in warfare

and like the diplomacy aspect that is slowly being developed

i think the chat needs to be more visible
and i hope whispers come out soon
then the diplomacy aspect would be pretty perfect

the level of luck involved in the game is a bit high but i suppose thats ok

however i want to add to the idea of cutting supply lines
i notice if a player reclaims a connection there is no difference
i think there should be some sort of damage done to the reinforcements if their territory is divided

yes i know that that would be a tricky script to write, just a thought though

i like how much strategy is required in the game i just dont like how people make allies the first thing after selecting a spot. it take all the strategy out of the game and makes it a race to see who can get the most allies.
