I have finally earned more than 60 warcoins, and I was wondering if I should buy the "Angel" race or not. If you disagree, what should I buy? What should I save up for?

Angel's Race was the first thing i purchased. But to be honest, it doesnt seem to have any use. I'm still winning half my battles. Something really good to have is the +10 troops to your purse. That way its easier to win those heads up maxed out matches and you dont have to worry about the 20 troop cap.

But the angel's race emblem looks really cool too. You're gonna have to make a judgement call

Go to the survey tab and take a survey. It should give you 39 war coins each time. I do 1 survey a day to take advantage of that. Then go to the video tab and watch a short ad for 1 war coin.
i usually work on the survey as i play VW(with windows7 split screen)

I have also been thinking about saving up for the buses are the lifetime premium account. They sound like they would be of more use.
