When will banable offenses information be available in game?

It seems to me that many users does not have a forum account. We need an update of the game which contains hints available anytime and not just when starting that tells us about common offenses, the moderator team, rules, how punishment work and stuff. Just look at the numbers of users in game that is being reported. Then look at their activity on forum. More people need to know this info directly in game.

I've asked Lopdo to do this very thing a while back. His response was this:

Lopdo wrote:I am not sure putting those rules into the game is necessary. I am sure that most people don't know them (or that there even are rules), but they are all common sense stuff and if somebody is doing something against them, he is either asshole or he does it intentionally (which makes them assholes as well). I doubt anybody would read them and even those that would, wouldn't abide by them if they wouldn't without reading them (not sure if this sentence makes sense :) )

I've talked to him a few times... he's like the old mod that Lopdo forgot, but he still has the blue.

Not sure how to label this but hopefully moderating team can help how. It would be three hours by the second screen shot.I know you can't force a draw but there must be a line somewhere.

And your not a mod , i was asking for the mods opinion on it and its not a rule break either , so can't be reported.

Maybe Admin and the moderator team should consider ,
1. No changing I.P. rule for this game and a perm-ban ( all accounts ) for those caught using alt I.P. accounts for any rule break.

Just an idea to reduce the secret allies and game namers.

That might make a good thread. Unless the Mods or Admins get to first, people suggesting/debating on what bannanable offenses should be so it can be set to a standard with the modly (modly?) opinion to run it through. Maybe
