I can translate.

After careful reconsideration, the last bullet point should be "tourney," as in tournaments.

Your suggestions have both been voiced and answered before.
Clans in-game will NOT happen
Ally chat will NOT happen.
We have a tournament system, run by me. Lopdo and I have discussed enlarging it and advertising it in-game. However, that won't happen until the current one ends, and the next will have 64 members.
