Just got back from a 30 mile bike ride.

Very impressive! For those who think they know what that means, but have never tried it - there are no flat areas, just hills. To go 30 miles means that even on what appears to be flat, you had to fight your way up a lot of that distance.

Great job.

First time doing more than 5miles.

I'm in Virginia at the moment... Hills freaking galore. It was a lot of fun though.

If Fang and I had six hours or more to kill a day and spent it on VW, we'd be just as "active" by the same definition. Mind you, we don't do that, and I don't criticize your dedication, but it's hardly a good claim.

I have been thinking that my job is really getting in the way of my computer time...
