I saw Chess and Vortexmaster just had chat in the announcement section. But I thought only mods or admins could post there?

I could post anything. I can make new topics as well. But I do not. I could spam a whole bunch. The only thing is that I would get banned.

Wait, is it a bug? Because I just posted there... I think it's just that this announcement is open to us as well for the time being, which I believe Chess said.
