Hi,

What means upgrade 3 +10% of map region count, up to 10 storage?
Is it gives +10 storage or if I have 20 regions I get 2 army points extra per turn?

Would you mind to explain that on examples?

well. if map has 89 regions, u will be able to store 48 units (it gives u +8)
if map has 32 regions, u will be able to store 43 units (it gives u +3)
but if map has 200 regions, u will be able to store 50 units (+10), not 60 (+20). get it?
