Please add your voice. This action by some gov'ts is extremely dangerous and insidious. If they are successful, the internet as we know it will be changed forever.

The internet links they world. It is one of those modern things that, more than anything perhaps, represents our freedom and our progress.

Not sure who was it, but someone said that keeping internet free and open is greatest responsibility of current generation. I couldn't agree more

Umm...

Anyways, IMO the greatest invention ever is a ridiculous title because almost all inventions are based off of previous ones.

Therefore leaving the correct conclusion that the internet comes from many other grand inventions, and it has only become better since.

Yes, but do you count the greatness of an invention as what it provides or what it provides over what the things it was built on/replaced provide? I would say the latter.

I would say debating over whether the statements is technically correct is pointless as it's purpose was to highlight how revolutionary the internet has been.

Never knew that governments were deciding on what will happen without proffesional input, the result of those meetings imagined in my head horrifies me so I'm voting to keep the internet free. The only thing I would want to encourage is to move towards having more forums as they lead to constructive topics.
The simple, the best.

No more internets = No more VW = Nothing to use as an excuse to procrastinate = I have to actually do work = NOOOOoooo!

I added my voice.
Xerxes:Let us reason. It would be a waste. It would be madness for you and your troops to perish because of a misunderstanding. There is much our cultures could share.
Leonidas:Haven't you noticed? We've been sharing our culture with you all morning.
