I agree with you, when I saw the race of Frankis I found very powerful, but not play because you have to pay, now that I read is confirmed, holds like a champ the first innings that are most important

I don't know exactly how it works but I know this; the 15% has a slight jump down when you go past 5 territories and it continues to diminish until you own 50% of the map all connected, at which point it becomes 0%.

Lol, It depends on your play style, some races can be the best race ever for them and others are like no bro, thats the worst.
Funny because this mainly happens on the 4 Halloween races.
It all depends on you and how you use them.
