Shouldn't this be a rule?

okay so today i tired to enter a game and the player who made that game was about level 38
his game only allowed 2 people to play so i tried to enter
the second i entered i got kicked out
so i got a little suspicious
then i waited until his game started and spectate his game
when i entered his opponent was a level 4 player

this being said
i'm thinking he purposely kicks high lvl players out so he can have an easy win
with all his upgrades and stuff while the newbie had none advatage whatsoever
the only advantage he would have is getting first start but which he didn't get first start
the level 38 guy got first start

i tried taking the screenshot but i lost it in the process
what do you guys think?

It is certainly unfair and a problem, but I can't imagine a good solution other than possibly making level factor in to rating changes so that it is better to play higher levels.

yea it is kinda hard to stop this problem because there isn't a rule against playing against low levels only
plus the low levels are new so they wouldn't know really how to play from the start
i dont think anything can be done besides MODs watching the gameplay
but this just makes me angry though
cuz when the newbie lost
the guy was like
"crushed noob"

even though you don't really get much points from just 2 player games but maybe some people do this to up their winning records

It's his decision, but he will have to play more of those than he would if he just played normally. It's not actually against the rules or anything.

I found one game in a similar position but it was an 8 player game and the person kicked anyone who was above a certain level and if they had races with effects.

Reason for that is simple. There isnt setup on games "Max level", only min level can be set there. Some ppl doesnt want high level player with boosts and races to come play as they got abit benefits.

Exactly, they were level 20 and were using the terminator race.
